Hello Readers and Friends,
I have been guided to send you a newsletter about some specific work/play you can do with Overlighting Devas. We have access to so much more than our world has taught us we have. The invisible worlds of the Devic kingdoms can be great allies in assisting us with balancing and aligning our energies inbeneficial ways. Today I wish to talk about working with the 1) Gem and mineral kingdom, 2) herbal kingdom, 3) flowers, 4) accupuncture, 5) Homeopathy, 6) water, 7) fire and 8) Air.
1. Gem and mineral kingdom- Some of you have become aware that there are gems and minerals, including crystals, that can be helpful to us in raising our frequency, assisting us in emotional and mental clearing, and other levels of etheric healing. And yet we do not always have access to the specifice gems we need, for whatever reason. However, every gem and mineral has an Overlighting Deva who works with and can emit the energy. So if you want to receive a specific gem enrgy, you could for example, call upon the Overlighting Deva of Emeralds and ask for a transmission of emerald energy into your body. The just sit or lie still with you eyes closed for a few minutes and let it soak in.
You might also choose at some time to do a meditation in which you call on Overlighting Devas of many different gemstones or crystals, one at a time, taking time to receive each one. This can familiarize you more deeply with what each one does and what benefit it can bring. Having the physical stones is great too- epecially if you can wear the stones you need or want at present time. And even if you have the physical stones, before you put it on or hold it call on the Overlighting Deva of that stone(s) to deepest its connection with you. It makes a huge difference.
Another thing that is helpful is to call on the Overlighting Deva of the entire mineral kingdome and ask him/her to align the minerals in your body with the current level of evolution of the minerals within the Earth. Also ask them to replenish any that your body needs more of or remove any excesses that are not needed.
2. Herbal Kingdom- You can call on Overlighting Devas of any individual herbs you believe your body needs. And even better, call upon the Overlighting Devas of the complet herb kingdom and ask for an infusion of any and all herbs you body can currently benefit from. Then relax and receive!
3. Flower Essences- You can call on the Overlighting Deva of any individual flower essences you need. If you have the physical bottles of the flower or plant essence, hold it to your heart while calling in the Deva and ask it to connect directly to the Flower essence when you take it and bring it back to its full life force. Another wonderful thing to do is call on the Overlighting Devas of all Flower Essences and and ask for an infusion of any and all Flower Essences you are currently in need of. Again, relax and receive.
4. Accupuncture Masters- There are etheric masters of Accupuncture who can be called upon in the same way to do any balancing and ligning of your Accupuncture mMeridians that is currently needed. For this one, relax and receive for at least 15 minutes or more until it feel complete.
5. Homeopathy- Just as with Accupuncture there are etheric Homeopathic Masters which you can call on for infusions of homeopthic remedies individually. You can also call on them if you are not aware of the names of what you want and simply ask for any and all homeopathic remedies that you need at any given time. % minutes iis enough time for relaxing and receiving.
6. Water- As you probably know our bodies are considered to be 95% water or liquid. When you call upon the Overlighting Devas of pure water sources on Earth, ask them to align the waters in your body with their purest possible state of being and to help you body's liquids and emotions to flow spontaneously and appropriately. While relaxing for a few minutes to receive. Focus on putting your own intention of Love and peace into the waters of your body. It has been proven that water is extremely receptive to suggestion. So give it a try.
7. Fire- The element of fire is also prevalent in our bodies, both physically keeping us warm and assisting us in clearing old energy blocks and karmas:'The test of fire". So call on the Overlighting Devas of Fire from both the Earth and the Sun, and ask for the fire in your body to be balanced and aligned with your higherst good, bot physically and spiritually for transformation. Relax for a short time and receive.
8.Air- As you probably know the aire in your body and on the planet is in a depleted and polluted state. We all need more oxygen in our cells. So invite the Overlighting Devas of Air to balance and replenish the air (Oxygen) throughout your body. Then rellax, breathe deeply and receive for a few minutes. I also recommend that you start taking time each day to do some full body breathing. The nature of spirit is to radiate its energy continually.Most humans spend a lot of their time contracting and holding back and not breathing very deeply. When we can learn to let go of contractions and holding back and breathe deeply and radiate we can begin to embody our spirits, Higer Selves, more deeply and transcend ego personality identity. With this full body breathing start out with breathing deeply into each area of your body until you can feel the skin stretch and tingle-all the way to your fingertips and toes. When you have done this into your whole body, then practice breathing into your whole body with a single in breath and letting the breath radiate out through the pores of your skin with your exhalation.
